1. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website by selecting your desired product, choosing the size and color, and proceeding to checkout.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your shipment on the courier’s website.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, once the order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

5. What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
